East Lake Specific Plan

 The East Lake Specific Plan (ELSP) is a blueprint guide for the development of approximately 2,977 acres at the southern end of the City of Lake Elsinore. A/E Tech prepared the noise technical study in support of the Environmental Impact Report for the ELSP. The noise study addressed current ambient noise conditions in the Specific Plan area through background noise measurements at representative receptors throughout the area and modeling of traffic noise levels. Long-term noise effects of the Specific Plan on the environment were also projected by taking proposed future developments and forecast vehicular traffic circulation throughout the area into account.
